2001 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 70000 miles

My air compressor burned up. I discovered the reason is the fans are not coming on to cool the cooling coils. I also determined the fans are not the problem. Where do I go from here. Is there a relay a sensor a computer what is wrong

First of all thank you very much for your donation.Let's start with what model caravan you have grand caravan es,ex,se or sport? Also what size engine you have? Now you say it's not the fan's that are the problem?Have you jumped power to them to see if they work?Is that how you know?
