If you have tools, it depends on exactly which belt. The tensioner holds one in place. And the other is used for the power steering. Loosen the power steering pump hold down bolts to release tension, and the tensioner pulley is moved to remove the other belt. A belt routing diagram is found under the 'site map' section. To the lower left.
Chrysler recommends a DRBIII to check the belt tension on it's scope, and you will need a hoist, for shield and screw removal. Two belts. If you have trouble, please just ask. Disconnect the battery before any service. Ok its not too bad.
