2001 Dodge Caravan Creaking sound when making a right hand

Located on the front passenger side.
Replaced the sway bar links and sway bar bushings.
Added grease to the ball joints.
When pushing down on the passenger corner of the vehicle I can hear a small clunk.

Check the sway bar bushings and the sway bar itself. Also, make sure there are no cracks in the coil springs (strut).
