Hi:
If the key doesn't turn, there is a problem with the tumbler. Because the van has an airbag and the steering wheel will need removed, I recommend having it the work done by a trained technician. The air bag can be easily deployed if you are not trained to work with them. Then you're stuck with a larger bill.
