Most of the time the front rotors cause high speed vibration whilr braking. To tell the difference at high speed apply just the parking brake whilr holding the release lever if possible or just apply them and see if the problem is only from braking in the rear. If the rear wheels are ok and not loose and the tires are ok, then the problem is the drums or the shoes.
