2000 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

when you cut on the left turn signal it flashes the front turn signal fast and a burnt of bulb. Checked/replaced the bulb, turn indictor in dash is not working at all for left turn, all of the hazzard flashes work except left rear turn bulb. Has current to all terminals to rear of van except the turn light terminal. Right turn on van is perfectly fine no problems. Please advise me of what is wrong

In the front inner fender well is a round plug that will screw off and open up the wiring to the front signal. Check the wiring there. The power starts at the front bulb and runs to the rear. I have seen wires that have broken or have been damaged there and the rear signal won't work.
