Transmission problem
2000 Dodge Caravan 90000 miles

I recently paid to have my transmission rebuilt. Since then I have been back because the engine light came on and was told there was a valve sticking. The first time they cleaned out the valve. The second time they said they would have to replace the valve body because it was worn out.

Should this be covered under the warranty of the rebuilt transmission? Should it have been replaced to begin with?

The valve body IS part of the transaxle and should be covered by the warranty.
