2000 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

tried replacing the master switch.Tried replacing a relay beneath the driver side dash they still don't work.Please help me

the combination flasher/drl modual, it's in the junction block under dash, left of colloum, it's the tallest one,its about$$ 80
