2000 Dodge Caravan jerking going uphill

I noticed a slight jerking while accelerating going uphill - it is not extreme. I would assume if there were anyting with the transmission the engine light would come on and that has not happened

When was the last tune up including a fuel filter? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

My husband thought it might be the gas - I re-filled it up at a different gas station and have not had the problem
