2000 Dodge Caravan heater fan

I ve had this 2000 grand caravan for 6 years. And this is the first time I had to change the thermastat. So I changed the coolent at the same time and now my heater fan will work some times and won;t work at all other times.
is there a sensor that I need to reset or replace.
PLEASE HELP ME !

Under hood power /relay box
check/replace the blower motor relay
