2000 Dodge Caravan Fuel filler exterior door

Trying to locate a gas tank door that was broken off at the hinge. It's molded plastic so the door & hinge come together in one piece and look to mount with three screws. I can't find the part anywhere...or perhaps I don't know the correct terminology for searching.

Can you please advise me as to terminology for the entire assembly?
