2000 Dodge Caravan Foggy head lamps

Head light covers are foggy and causing poor visibility. Unable to clean covers off to correct problem. Is there a solution to this problem

If you can see moisture inside, and there is no vent tube on top, you can drill a small hole in the bottom of the housing.

If the lenses are yellowed, some people claim you can polish them to restore the clarity.
