2000 Dodge Caravan dash lights

The lights on the dash quit working, we have the mileage & trip meter light up but cant read the spedo etc @ night.
I checked fuses, all are good, would these lights be controled by one of the relays?

One of two things. Check your dimmer switch( the switch that changes the intensity of the light at night) and then have your "BCM" looked at for shorts. BCM is: Body control module.
