2000 Dodge Caravan check engine light

My check engine light keeps coming on even after reseting the computer by disconnecting the battery terminals for 15 minutes please help

Go to Autozone and get it scanned for OBD2 codes. The computer has identified a problem within the engine management system and comeback with it
