2000 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

a few weeks ago I drove through some deep water. The car dies, we replaced the ignition coil, the spark plugs, added water and oil and it worked fine. The last week we endured that hurricane dolly and the water almost went into the car. Once the water went down it worked fine for a day and then it started to overheat while I was driving about. SO, I bought some antifreeze coolant stuff and put it in and worked fine till two days ago. It overheated so much that I had to stop at the gas station and wait for almost an hour for it to cool down. Then I barely made it home. The next day I went outside. I turned it on and it started to shake! Then it turned off! PLease help me!

Hopefully the head gasket didnt blow when it was overheated. Willl it start at all? If it does have it chemical tested for a bad head gasket, may have needed a thermostat in the first place when it began to overheat
