2000 Dodge Caravan Blower motor speed control

I believe that one segment of the blower motor resistor is out. I can not locate it in the van. It does not appear to be behind the glovebox. Can you tell me where it is.

should be right behind the glovebox. have two connectors on it. and two screws holding it in!
