without either the headlights or the parking lights on the blinkers work fine, but when they are on the drivers side blinkers dont work at all and it shows a constant arrow on the insturument panel. What could be the cause

faulty ground wiring . check wiring at headlamp switch, signal switch and both driver side light assemblies.
