the van was wokring well the night before the wife started up and within 3 seconds the van stalled. Tried over and over again, and figured it just needed new spark plugs and so on..needless to say it wasn't.. though a friend (good with engines..) came by and suggested the timing belt..

need to move one of the front covers back enough to see if the cam is turning, or if you can see the valvetrain through the oil filler hole in the valve cover
