1999 Dodge Caravan The ECM may be bad

When I turn the ignition the van does not start. I've checked the battery and the relays as well as the fuses. The van does not sart you can hear the fuel pump tuning on and we think the ecm may be bad what do you think

check for spark
I would suspect bad crank sensor
if engine cranking but no spark
