1999 Dodge Caravan spark plugs

I recently put new plugs Champion 7031 and wires BWD CH76135 on. had not had a tune-up.after install car started but missed. Re-checked wires one was lose. Went to start again and it wont start. Any ideas?

Did u check for spark
do u have fuel and fuel pressure
check fuses ,relays ,crank sensor ,codes
turn key on do u have check engine light on
