My Grand Caravan sometimes makes a noise like finger nails on a chalkboard. Sometimes it is intermitant, other times continuious, sometimes not at all. The brake pedal does not pulsate during stopping and the sound is usually not heard upon stopping. My parts man says it sounds like the discs are chrystalizing as I drive. What can I do to fix my problem?
