A vibration is felt through the steering wheel while sitting at idle. Idle speed appears normal at @ 750-750 rpm. Cleaning the Throttel Body doesn't change it. I don't drive it but noticed that after oil leak was fixed (front cover, had Water Pump replaced at same time) I will be checking egr but it engine seems to be running fine (not rough) but a shaking or vibration is occuring like something is out of balance.

Thanks

If your idle speed doesn't change, then I would check your engine mounts.
