Based on the items afffected, I would say there is a short in the steering column. Since the air bag light is on, have the computer scanned to determine if the problem is coming from a sensor or the steering column.

Let me know what you find.

Unless the rotor has worn through to the fins, it shouldn't be causing any noise. Based on your description, it sounds like a wheel bearing. Does the sound chance when you turn?

As far as the abs light, have the computer scanned to determine where the problem is coming from with that. Again, unless the sensor has come loose and is rubbing something, it wouldn't be making the noise either.

Let me know what you find.

There is a RECALL on this. The Airbag could deploy! The dealership fixed mine for free. The wires go through an insulation sleeve in the steering wheel that has worn out. Call your local Dodge dealership right away. I would not drive it, except to the dealership. (You could pull the fuse).
