Occassionally the connection between the hard portion of the fuel line and the soft portion of the line leading to the pump comes disconnected.

What is the name of the part I need to purchase to remedy this matter?

your probably going to have to replace that fuel line, i don't think that they sell those small plastic clips, you'll need the part number, which was usually found on the rubber hose, under any plastic tubing.
