2 months ago I took my van to a shop due to my heater working intermittently. Well they fixed that and said I needed a new water pump which when they were changing that they said I needed a new freeze plug (leaking). Anyways yesterday my car engine started squealing pretty bad. I am asking if you think that what the mechanic did might be why it is squealing now.

Need to have it checked
you do not have any trust in the mechanic that did the work before get a different opinion
