1999 Dodge Caravan cam sensor/ speed sensor/computer issues

I have a 99 grand caravan that just stopped running, my local mechanic said he first got a code that indicated the cam sensor/and computer, he replaced the computer first than got a code that indicated that the cam sensor was ok. Than a month later that computer went out replaced it and the car worked. Now it's been a month with the second computer in and the speedometer has stopped and the same symptoms are occurring as before. I have also replaced 3 speed sensors and have another on hand. Should I replace the cam sensor and the speed sensor. What else could be frying my computers?

So right now it's dead? All the 8 volt and 5 volt sensor and pulse supply circuits are able to short the PCM internally. IAC, VSS, CPS, CRANK, TPS, THE COIL IS PROTECTED. Knock sensor, evap sol. ac pressure transducer, MAP, and ECT. Now is the time to scan both the PCM and the TCM, ok. Yes on your question about cam, speed, and also crank sensors. Unless the engine valve timing has a failure. OK 3.5, or 3.3L maybe the belt broke,3.5L has rubber belt. Also you must ckeck all for intermittant short with this scan as a start. A short in any could be taking them all out. there all 8 volt supplied. I hope you find it and the abbreviations are under the section Auto Term Abbreviations, ok sir or Norman rather. Glad if this has helped. Look for the short around the crank and speed sensors, because of their locations.
