1998 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

wiper in front are not working at all.
checked fuse 30 amp under hood OK

if fuse and relays are good then test wiper motor by supplying 12v power to it, if it still doesn't run than motor is bad.
