1998 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120k miles

I can't seem to get the fluid to spray out of the nozels onto the windshield. Anything I can do before I take it in to a mechanic?

be sure you check your fuses and make sure to fill fluid completely to the top also there is a fluid fill tube when you lift open the hatch in the rear. Make sure you fill that also
