1998 Dodge Caravan running lights flash on and off

The parking lamps (front and rear) flash on and off all the time when the vehicle is turned off. The "light on" warning bell sounds continously also. What is the problem???

i have run across this before and replacing the headlight switch fixed it. hope this helps
