1998 Dodge Caravan Radiator fan keeps running

When I shut my car down the radiator fan keeps running and it is realy loud. I thout it was just a normal thing untill I went to use it a few hours after it sat and the fan was still running. Idk whats going on here.

Find relay in box on left side engine comp. Pull fan relay possibly stuck.
