I had to disconnect the battery to clean the terminals(the van lost the ground connection and would not start. Everything was dead.) After reconnecting the battery everything works fine except that the rear window wiper and recirculation button indicator lights now flash on and off constantly. Is there a way to reset this problem?

It should reset itself after a certain amount of starts. You may have to have a controller reset with a scan tool. See if it goes away by itself. If the key was not on during service, it should reset.
