Brakes problem
1998 Dodge Caravan Two Wheel Drive

cuisin tried do do rear brakes and went wrong way on adjuster trying to take off drum now all is frozen solid tryed everything even drilled a hole to push clicker out.. can we cut pins from backing plate or what? dont know

Yes, you can cut the pins or grind the heads off. You can buy new ones from the dealer or they are also included in the hardware kit available from the auto parts stores.
