1998 Dodge Caravan No fuel at the Fuel Rail unless I bypass

I am having a no start no fuel issue! I am not getting any fuel to the fuel rail unless I bypass the fuel pump relay? and even after bypassing the fuel pump relay and get fuel to the rail the van still will not turn over?? The fuel pump was just replaced a few months ago and was running fine up until just a few days ago, It stalled out on my wife had it towed home tossed some new gas in and everything was fine now It wont start at all

Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Engine cranking, visually check for spark at the plugs, you can use a known good spark plug or spark tester. Any applicable codes?

Check if the injectors are pulsing providing fuel into the cylinder
