1998 Dodge Caravan how long will it last??

My transmission went about 5 weeks ago. The car will only go forward and doesn't like long trips. How long do you think it will last on trips @ 10 miles a day?

Hi there,

You transmission is on borrowed time it will fail sooner rather than taker, i feel you won't get much warning , so i would get it sorted soon, as for a time frame, that is just impossible to tell..
