The horn has stopped working on my '98 Dodge Caravan.
What are the steps to troubleshoot this problem?
I would think it would be easiest to check the horn itself first by applying 12 volts directly from the battery to the horn but I'm not sure.
Thanks.

Hi:
check to see if you get power to the horn. Have a helper push the horn and check for 12 volts at the horn.

Let me know what you find.
