1998 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 115.45 miles

head lights won'turn off unless u unplug the relay switch or dissconnect the battery

You may need to check for applicable trouble codes. With the headlamp switch turned on, I'd check voltage and ground circuits at the relay/s. The squiggle line in the diagram is the coil side of relay, the bottom wire there, is ground for the coil side of relay. If no ground the relay won't energize, but, you need voltage also. I can't tell you what's wrong without testing.
