1998 Dodge Caravan drain radiator

Engine Cooling problem
1998 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i need to change the lower radiator hose. where is the drain plug for the radiator located and can it be remove/opened without special tools. i need to raise the front to get clearance. where should I put the jack stands?

Hi John,

Thank you for the donation....

If the lower hose is on the driver side the drain should be on the bottom passenger side.

If the lower hose is on the passenger side the drain should be at the bottom on drivers side.

I would place the stands under the control arm on each side.
