1998 Dodge Caravan doors lock continually when motor is off

My doors lock by themselves every minute or two when the motor is off and the key is out of the ignition. If the motor is running this does not happen. Does anyone have an answer to this problem?

Unplug the BCM
wait a few minutes and than plug it back in
if all better suspect BCM
if not have to get the help of scanner and check what is happening

need manual CHECK IT @
