I would do this, test and replace both ground and power terminal ends. Leave the negative one for last. Always unhook the battery neg. First. And install neg. Last. The way to test and reset the modules are with an electronic scan tool, like any Chrysler DRBIII or equivilent.
Also you could just try removing and using a wire brush to clean up both terminals. The tool is called a battery terminal cleaning brush, and it is cheap.
Both may reset after a certain amount of engine starts. Or be fixed by a scan of the BCM or module for the ATC system.
