1998 Dodge Caravan code p0760 and p0700

Transmission problem
1998 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

was just wondering if these codes mean the shift solonoid pack is broke.I dont have a tcm scanner but im willing to replace the solonoid pack if you think this is the problem.i doesnt appear to be difficult any tips would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

yes, but make sure it is shift solenoid c, it should be labeled
