1998 Dodge Caravan Alarm

The car computer was replaced two weeks ago. the old computer did not have an alarm system but the new one has it.
the alarm went off this morning and i can't disarm it.
I had tried to open the door if the key, i had tried open it with the control...i used all i've got from the owner manual... nothing works.
I turned off the horn.... but i still have the lights blinking.
can you help me with that??

Put the windows down
disconnect battery
place key in the ignition turn it to ON position
close doors
reconnect the battery
start engine
I believe its an after market alarm that was activated when battery was disconnected to replace the PCM
