My mom has either a 96 or 97 Dodge caravan. It recently started having a problem with the windshield wipers in which they stop where ever you shut the switch off. after four or five times of playing with the switch they go back down and stay there. she says they sometimes come back on bythemselves but im not sure if the switch is off when this happens. I also believe it does this wether she turns them on or uses the fluid and wipe. any ideas, is it possibly the switch, a relay, the motor, a short?
