1997 Dodge Caravan Windshield Wiper

Windshield wiper on 97 Dodge Grand Caravan would wipe once when it is turn on. And then whatever setting it is at it doesn't do anything. But when you turn it off, it would wipe once. So when it is raining, I would have to turn it on, to wipe one time and then turn it off, to wipe another time. Could it be the wiper relay? Thanks for you helps!

For some reason manufacturers have found the need to take simple, reliable systems and computerize them. This is a common failure of the Body Computer.
