1997 Dodge Caravan Water Pump

I need step by step descriptive pictures of how to remove and reassemble the water pump. Do I need to remove the crank shaft pulley to replace the timing cover? I have a Chiltons book but it's not very helpful when I'am am amatuer and it only shows one picture of the water pump.
