1997 Dodge Caravan Tire/Wheel size

I just bought a 97 dodge grand caravan from an Auction, it is rolling on doughnut tires on the front, one is a 16inch the other a 14inch, and on the rear two 15inch snow balloon tires (odd???).
How do I find out what the correct rims and tires I shoud replace all of these with???

Open driver door and check on the jam for a sticker with the tire size and information
I have one here it has 15 in rims
