1997 Dodge Caravan Rear Door Problem

My Rear door lock has jammed. I have taken the back panel off but cannot get it to unlock to close the door. This is not a good thing. I need help fixing it my self. It is like the metal piece to lock the door has gotten stuck and will not move.

If you're talking about the metal claw in the latch that actually holds the door closed, proceed as follows.
First, be sure all the doors are unlocked. Then, have someone hold the door handle open while you go into the latch with a screwdrive push the "claw" to the open position. If you have a latch on each side of the door, you may have to do both.
