Where do you hook up the power wire for a radiator fan that was found hanging in the engine compartment that was previously wired through the firewall into the fuse box?

There should be a wiring harness attached to the fan shroud. It sounds like someone wired it direct so the fan ran all of the time. Regardless, the wiring harness should be attached to the shroud.
