1997 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I am having a problem with the radiator fan not kicking in when the motor is hot. I hav ealready had the relays replaced by a mechanic less than 6 months ago and now it is starting to act up again. I have checked the Chilton's manual and the owners manual and have been unable to find a schematic diagram of relay locations so I can test them myself. Can you help

Under the hood, there is a power distribution box. If you open it, the lid will be labled with what each relay and its purpose.

Have you tried running power directly to the motor to see if it will run? The motor may be bad.
