1997 Dodge Caravan just stop working

the hazards work.the tail lights work. all running lights work. i can not find a turn signal flasher relay nor a fuse for them...they worked one moment then didn't work the next...i have pulled apart the wiper signal controlert and checked all contacts..and even the wireing...i am lost as to what the problem might be. i am doing this via the free qustions because i will not deal with credit cards...so please help me.....

The signal flasher and hazard flasher are the same unit. It lives in the Body Computer above and in front of the gas pedal. Because of its weight, it often tips partly out of its socket causing some circuits to work intermittently. Look at it first.
