dont know alot about van. Grand caravan. One day everything was ok and the next. The horn and cruise control quit working. Cant find a fuse for cruise but the fuse for horn is ok. Thank you for any help you can give. Hate not having horn

No horn! O no how can we road rage without it.

Sounds like a common symptom of a bad clockspring, it also has probably disabled your air bag if equipped.

Steering wheel will ahve to come off because the clockspring is down in there.

Not that hard of a job unless it has a airbag, then I dont suggest messing with it.
